Hi guys !!   Today we  see  paneer recipe . Paneer is  fresh acid set cheese   common in the indian subcontinent made for cow or Buffalo milk .  It is a rich source of milk protein  and calories . Many methods of  paneer recipies.  I share you have one method of paneer I hope u like it .  So let start….

Ingredients
Paneer   – 3.53oz
Green bell pepper  –  0.5 cup.
Onion  – 0.5 cup.
Huge curd – 0.5  cup.
Turmeric powder –  0.25 tsp.
Chilli powder  – 1tsp.
Coriander powder – 0.25 tsp.
Garam masala  – 0.25 tsp.
Amchur powder – 0.25 tsp.
Chat masala – 1 pinch
Oil  – 1tbsp.
Lemon juice  –  0.5 tsp.
Ginger garlic paste – 0.5 tsp


Method
Cut paneer into 1inch cube and green bell pepper , onion  into 1 inch piace.

Put in all the ingredients in bowl  and mix well until smooth.

Add onion capsicum  and paneer into the butter.

Mix well and refrigerate for an hour minimum.
Put all the pieces on dosa  pan.turn sides and cook until brown.

hold the pieces one by one and burn it .directly on stove to get the flavour and taste. slightly burn.

Insert into tooth pick and serve hot with mint chutney.
